Otto Holden Overhaul

The Otto Holden is hydroelectric station located on the Ottawa River, near Mattawa, Ontario. Over the past few decades, there have been relative horizontal and vertical movement of the embedded unit components. The movement has been attributed to alkali-aggregate reactions (ARR) in the concrete and is expected to continue.
