The Four Seasons Hotel phase comprises of a 373 room luxury hotel built under a construction management contract. The 30 storey, 453,000 square foot building includes classic, residential guest rooms and feature 66 suites with lofty 40 foot ceilings, wood-panelled walls and a floor to ceiling sandstone fireplace. Other features include two commercial kitchens and private dining for eight.
