Banff Centre – Jenny Belzberg Theatre Renovation
The Banff Eric Harvie Theatre Renovation project consisted of an interior renovation to the existing Eric Harvie Theatre at the Banff Centre in Banff, Alberta. The purpose of the project was to improve the sightliness and acoustics of the space and to allow the Banff Centre to modernize its theatrical equipment.

The purpose of the project was to improve the sightliness and acoustics of the space and to allow the Banff Centre to modernize its theatrical equipment.
Scope of work included the removal and reinstallation of theatre seating, installation of a new seating platform in steel studs and concrete slab on deck, the installation of a new balcony throughout the auditorium space, modifications to base building HVAC and electrical to accommodate modified spaces and new audio visual and stage lighting equipment. Additionally, the projection and lighting control booths are expanded and renovated while the auditorium walls will receive new acoustic wood panels.
